Our Dental Staff
When you contact our office, you will be greeted by our receptionist, Suzette. You will be scheduled for your first visit with Dr. Blum for a initial exam, periodontal evaluation and full set of xrays. Dr. Blum will make a treatment plan and explain everything to you regarding your dental health. Depending on your specific needs, you will either be re-appointed with Dr. Blum to start your treatment needed or scheduled with our hygienist Lu Rene to start your hygiene recare system or periodontal scaling needs. Suzette Allahand
Office Manager
 Suzette Allahand is our full-time Office Manager.
She is hard working, caring and compassionate. Her responsibilities include, exceeding patient care expectations and providing support for all office team members. Suzette is an expert at establishing practices to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow - from check-in to check-out. She also helps patients understand and select treatment options. She anticipates the patients' needs in advance and always responds to them in a timely manner.
Lu Rene Ball
Dental Hygienist
 Lu Rene Ball is our full-time dental hygienist. She has over 12 years of experience in dental field. She graduated as a hygienist in 2005 from Forsyth Dental Hygiene school in Boston, where she also completed numerous hours continuing education since then in periodontal disease and cosmetic dentistry, and had the opportunity to work with several very prestigious dentists professors at BU and Harvard University. Lu is also fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Lu continually concerns herself with ways to better serve your needs, and she accomplishes this in a most pleasant manner.
Charles J. Adelson, D.M.D.
Periodontist
Dr Adelson is a Periodontist - Practice limited to implants and periodontal surgery.
Dr. Adelson provides his dental services right in our office, so we do not need to refer you to another location. If you need periodontal surgery, minor or major, all the treatment requried can be done right in one place. Conscious Sedation is provided if needed. Dr. Adelson received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University's School of Dental Medicine. He continued his studies there after completing a three-year postdoctoral surgical residency with extensive training in implant placement, periodontal surgery, and regenerative bone therapy.
Paul
Originally a dentist in Venezuela, having attended the University of Los Andes, he has always had a passion for dentistry because he enjoys working with others.
Paul enjoys taking continuing education seminars. He is fluent in English and Spanish which enables him to serve many patients who only speak Spanish and were previously unable to communicate with their health care provider.
Kelly Natale
Dental Assistant
Kelly Natale is our full-time dental assistant.
She has over 8 years experience in the dental field, specifically working in Orthodontics, Cosmetic, and General Dentistry. She is Radiology certified, achieving a certificate at Nova Southwestern University. She is also CPR trained. She is hard-working, kind and passionate about her work. She loves helping people improve their smile and truly cares about her patients. Seeing people happy with their smiles is very rewarding to her. She believes that when a person is confident with their smile, they are more confident with themselves. She has experience in Cerec Cad-Cam technology, as well as Invisalign, and is eager to learn about new dental technology and techniques. She embraces ongoing ways and ideas to help better the office, ensuring only the best dental care for the patients.
